- The prices published in the guide are indicative, per person, per day and with half board.
- Prices do not include the local tourist tax.
- When booking, it is customary to pay a deposit.
- The deposit is a guarantee for the booking and is not paid back if guests unilaterally cancel their booking.
- It is advisable to confirm the booking and to specify all the terms of the agreement in writing.
- If the stay is shorter than agreed upon, it is customary in all hotels in the Province of Trento that the room be paid for the entire period agreed upon when booking.
- RC means that the business is undergoing restructuring and/or reclassification. During the validity period of this hotel guide, complete availability of the services indicated cannot be guaranteed.
- All guests older than 12 are welcome.

Local tax
In addition to the room rate, a local tax of € 1,50 per night is charged for each guest over 14 years of age. This tax can only be paid on site.

Booking & reservation
For a binding reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount booked is required. The remaining amount is paid directly at the accommodation on site. Cash payment is allowed up to the total amount of € 5.000. Credit cards and EC cards are also accepted.

Cancellation and travel insurance
Unfortunately, something unexpected can happen. To protect yourself financially, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We ask for your understanding that we have to charge a part of the costs in case of no-show. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, the deposit remains in full with the accommodation provider.
In the event of 7 days before arrival, late arrivals or early departure, the entire booking period will be charged. -
Check-in and check-out
Your room are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. On the day of departure you have to leave your room by 10.30 am.
If you arrive after 7 pm, please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. -
Pets
We do allow pets just in the Summerseason. We ask for your understanding.
