Friedrich August hut: a menu with surprises in store
At our high-altitude restaurant, the character of our hut and its host family are reflected in the cuisine, with great attention to detail, careful selection of high-quality products, and a touch of originality and innovation. We serve dishes created from the organic beef from our Highland cattle farm, an ever-evolving selection of antipasti and first courses, and much more. And of course, you’ll also adore our desserts inspired by Ladin and South Tyrolean tradition.

Please read before sending your enquiry:
In summer, it is possible to book a table for both lunch and dinner.
Lunch: 12 noon to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m.
Dinner: every Wednesday and Saturday at 7 p.m.
In winter, it is possible to book a table for both lunch and dinner
Lunch: from 11.15 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Dinner: from 7 p.m. | From 5 December to 7 January: every evening except for New Year’s Eve | From 7 January to 6 April: every Wednesday and Saturday
Reservations must be made at least 24 HOURS in advance and are only considered confirmed after a positive response from the hut. It is always possible to book by phone.
